Instructor
Nora Feldmann
Nora has coached international hires joining German mid-size employers since 2018, with earlier HR operations experience in Baden-Württemberg manufacturing firms. She focuses on practical employer communication rather than courtroom advocacy.
Program reviews
Module 3’s dependency map was the piece I reused with my lawyer — short, dated, and easy to share.
Strong on workplace norms. I wish the German glossary had been longer; I still googled a few HR terms after Module 2.
FAQ
Is this legal advice?
No. Smartdatasyncer provides employment consultations and educational coaching. Licensed attorneys and tax advisors handle filings and formal opinions.
Do I need a signed offer to join?
Helpful, but not required. Candidates in late-stage interviews can join with a draft offer or detailed term sheet.
What is a real limitation of this program?
We cannot accelerate Ausländerbehörde appointments or guarantee an employer will renegotiate clauses. Outcomes depend on your documents, immigration path, and the company’s flexibility.
How are sessions delivered?
Live video is default. In-person sessions in the Ebenweiler area are available when calendars align.
